Next Generation Justice Consulting, LLC is a policy and advocacy consulting firm offering consulting, training and professional development, strategic planning, capacity building and organizational support, educational courses, publications, and wellness resources. Services may be provided virtually, in person, or through digital products available for download or purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through credit cards, checks, and secure third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Wix Payments). By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
a. Digital Products & Courses
​
All digital product and course sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not issue refunds once materials have been accessed or downloaded.

b. Consulting & Training Services
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled session. Additional terms may be enumerated in a contract with the client. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in your service agreement.

c. Refunds
​
Refunds (if applicable) are processed at our sole discretion. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Intellectual Property
​
All materials on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, templates, publications, and course materials—are the exclusive property of Next Generation Justice Consulting, LLC or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission. Purchase of materials does not grant ownership or transfer of intellectual property rights.
