We are dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of the next generation of social justice leaders. Our capacity building services are designed to empower individuals and organizations with the essential tools, knowledge, and skills necessary for movement building and systems transformation.
WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS
We help plan and lead interactive learning experiences that teach advocates how to more effectively advance change. Workshops cover a wide range of topics, from policy development and community organizing to advocacy strategies and systems change, and can be customized to meet the specific needs of the client’s team. All sessions are designed to deepen participants’ knowledge as well as build their skill set for real-world application.
SOCIAL JUSTICE LEADERSHIP
We offer personalized leadership coaching to help individuals lead advocacy teams. Sessions focus on honing social justice leadership skills, enhancing strategic thinking, and fostering the ability to navigate challenges with confidence. We tailor our coaching to meet the unique needs and aspirations of our clients.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
The effectiveness of policy changes hinges on their successful implementation. Our technical assistance services provide additional support that may be needed to ensure that implementation is seamless. From policy reforms to community-led initiatives, we help clients navigate challenges and overcome obstacles to making their vision a reality.
